Weigh-in: 307.3

All I can say is, unbelievable. 7 days since the start of Project Joe Gets Fit, and I’m down 4.8 pounds. I’m giddy as a school-girl.

These super-great results just make me want to try even harder!!! Thanks, again, to Scott for coming along for moral support!

To borrow a graphical device from Scott:

Phase 1:

Pounds: 4.8 / 31.2 (15%)

I’m so proud of you!! Way to go Joe. Hey BF, you need to get on the bandwagon and start project GFT. Out here in Michigan we’re working at it too and will soon be enjoying the benefits of daily swimming in our new pool : ) Stay motivated and keep up the great work!!
